Lorraine Boswell has recently come on board as our Human Resources Manager. She has worked in the Hotel industry for 11 years, starting as a Room Attendant, but quickly realised that her skills could be better used in Human Resources. She moved into HR admin and quickly worked her way through the ranks, completing her Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resouces Management.
She has the mammoth task of finding the talent that will bring our Hotel alive and is looking for a team of around 100 people.
Currently she is working on a fantastic and comprehensive training programme for our employees.
Layla has the highest standards and, fortunately, so does Lorraine. She will be holding three recruitment open days and cannot wait to meet our prospective employees and introduce them to the rest of our team.
